In 2016, as part of the overall Sixth Street Viaduct Replacement Project, the Bureau of Engineering produced a 45-minute documentary highlighting the history of the LA River bridges and the Sixth Street Viaduct. The award-winning documentary, "Bridging Los Angeles" was presented to the public at a January 2016 screening at the Police Administration Buidling and is now available for viewing online.
